Sustainable Living Swap! A must this Sunday!

We can’t wait to attend this newly found swap in our area. It has been going on for a couple of months but this Sunday, July 31st from 2-4, will be our first to attend. For those of you who don’t do Facebook, the swap is on Sunday, July 31st from 2-4, hosted by our friend Chandra West at her place, Silly Goose Farm. The address is 12790 Herring Road, Black Forest, CO 80908. Here are the swap’s guidelines:

What’s your niche? Is it sewing, baking, needlework, spinach from your garden, or raising chickens for eggs? Whatever it is, bring at least 5 of something and swap it for something else that someone else likes to make. Every last Sunday of the month, but ending when it starts to get a little cold outside. No money is involved. Get here at 2pm, set up a space in my home somewhere with your items, look around to see what other 5 items you may want, put your name down on their form saying you would like to trade this for that and then promptly at 3pm we will start the trade. The idea is to go home with an abudance of stuff! Bring your friends, too. Just let me know, so I can make sure I have enough room in my home for everyone.
