FTF Follow the Farmer Series

On Saturday, August 17th, 2013, Clara Coleman will be our featured farmer for the 2013 Follow the Farmer series.

Clara SnowClara will lead two separate 2 hour workshops at our farm. The workshops will be a hands-on running dialogue with Clara and the small group accompanying her. The goal of the workshop is to give you a first hand view of a working small farm through the eyes of one of the nation’s foremost experts on organic four-season growing.

Oh, and make sure you bring your appetite! We have landed one of the hottest new caterers in Colroado Springs to feed us!

The Local is a boutique mobile eatery committed to doing things right. We have a passion for good food, crafted thoughtfully with natural and seasonal ingredients. We collaborate with local organic farms, ranchers, and specialty food purveyors. Our sweet vintage trailer is constructed with reclaimed materials, and we compost, recycle, and repurpose. We believe that healthy food makes for healthy bodies and passion for a life well lived.
